The wire transfer deposit option is great for people who prefer not to do online banking or provide their credit card details online.  To send a wire you will have to visit your local bank, provide them with the betting sites wire transfer information and the amount you are interested in sending.

Be sure to include your username as a reference so Bet365 knows where to deposit the funds.

The minimum deposit for a wire transfer at Bet365 is $75 and they will send you an email confirming that your deposit has been added to your account once the funds have been received and cleared.

Withdrawals

Bet365 will use the same method to cash out your winnings.  You will need to provide Bet365 with your bank wire transfer details for payouts to be sent.
