There are only five games in the NHL on this Monday night, but after looking at the odds I’ve found three plays that I really like so I decided to add this post to share these plays with you guys.

Nashville Predators @ Philadelphia Flyers
The Flyers finally dropped a game on Saturday, losing 3-1 in Dallas, but don’t think for a minute that this team is going to take their foot off the gas pedal after ending their winning streak. The Flyers had won 10 straight before that loss and their top players up front of Giroux, Simmonds, Voracek and Schenn are all firing on all cylinders right now. They should be a much bigger favourite in this home game against a Preds team that has been severely lacking on the road this year with a record of 3-9-2 away from home.
This is a possible let down spot for the Flyers after ending their winning streak, but I think they are the superior team and sitting just in the final wild card spot in the East even after that long winning streak, they know how important every point is throughout the entire season.
Play: Flyers 1.80 @ SportsInteraction.com
Anaheim Ducks @ Toronto Maple Leafs
The Leafs have done half decent to this point in the season, but they are still far from a playoff team. In this game they are playing one of the top teams in the Western Conference and I still think they should be underdogs even though they are playing at home. The Ducks will have no trouble keeping up with the Leafs and I expect them to bring the game to Toronto throughout 60 minutes here. I’ll take the Ducks as underdogs against the Leafs any day of the week.
Play: Ducks 2.10
Edmonton Oilers @ St. Louis Blues
When the Blues play at home and are able to match lines against their oppositions top lines they are one of the best teams in the league. The Blues are 13-2-3 at home this season and it’s not a coincidence. They have a couple of the best two way defensemen in the league in Bouwmeester and Pietrangelo and the Berglund line is also great for shutting down opposing lines. The Oilers still rely heavily on the McDavid line to provide offense and I think these quality veterans will be able to keep him in check tonight. Look for the Blues to add another w to the home wins column tonight.
Play: Blues 1.74
