Most Canadians have performed an Interac e-Transfer through their online banking account. I find it’s the easiest way to transfer money to fellow Canadians. You can also use this Interac method to fund your online sports betting account.
I love this deposit option at Sports Interaction. I personally use Interac e-Transfers several times a month to square up with buddies, whether it be paying off a friendly bet or settling up with the organizer of a hockey tournament. It’s great that this easy method of funds transfer can also be used to fund your sports betting account.

Interac Deposit Guide
After selecting Interac as your payment method and selecting your deposit amount you will be taken to a Request For Money page where you can select your financial institution to complete the deposit. Here’s a screenshot of what this page will look like:
Depending on which financial institution you select you will then have the option to complete the deposit via Interac Online or Interac e-Transfer.
Interac Online
Next you will login to Interac Online using your banking login information. After you sign in, select which account you want to make the transfer from and complete the transaction for the requested Interac transfer.
Interac e-Transfer
The Interac e-Transfer option is available from all major financial institutions in Canada including CIBC, Scotiabank, BMO, RBC, TD, etc.
After selecting the Interac e-Transfer option you will be provided with all of the details necessary to complete an Interac e-Transfer through your own personal online banking. This includes the recipient name, recipient email, amount, security question and answer, and message. Make sure you complete all of the fields accurately to ensure the deposit finds it’s way into your betting account.
The maximum transactions at SportsInteraction.com through Interac are $3000 per day, $7500 per week, and $10,000 per month.
This is a great method because it’s as easy as shooting some cash to a buddy. You don’t need to know any of your own banking information except how to log into your online banking account. I expect Interac to become the most popular payment method for Canadian sports bettors moving forward.
Interac Withdrawal
Interac is also available for cashing out any winnings from your sports betting accounts. Simply request an Interac withdrawal, enter the amount, and the Interac withdrawal request will be sent to your email.
Interac withdrawals will generally be processed the same day of the request.
