The annual Sports Betting Canadian NHL Playoffs Bracket Contest is back for 2018. We’re once again giving away $750 in prizes and the contest is free to enter for everyone. All of the details can be found below.
If you haven’t participated in one of our NHL playoff brackets in the past, they were exactly the same as a typical March Madness bracket. You pick which team will win each series on the road to the Stanley Cup and you accumulate points for all of your correct predictions.
Prizes
There is $750 available to be won in this contest. This is the same prize pool as last year, and once again there will be 15 places paid.
Here’s the breakdown:
- 1st place – $200
- 2nd & 3rd place – $100
- 4th & 5th place – $50
- 6th – 15th place – $25
With so many places paying out you have a great chance to win a prize in this contest.
***All prizes are paid out in prepaid cards or bitcoin for online sports betting.
Point Structure
Here is how the points will be awarded:
- 1st round = 5 points
- 2nd round = 7 points
- Conference Finals = 10 points
- Stanley Cup Champs = 15 points
- Bonus Points = 1 bonus point for every upset pick
**The bonus point for upset picks should help us avoid ties.
***If there is a tie after the correct score tie-breaker the prize will be split evenly among the tied entries.
